pintarus GmbH was founded in Munich in 2015 with the aim of bringing companies and competent consultants together. After the change of management in 2017 and the move to Bad Homburg, pintarus specialised in the area of digitalization and IT consulting. Since then, mostly internal as well as external consultants have supported well-known customers in the introduction of new IT solutions and have been convincing with their expertise and a high level of commitment. In the course of time and with progressive establishment, it became clear that it is not only important to serve project requests, but that consulting services already start at the customer’s needs. First of all, we focus on understanding the purpose of a project and what the customer wants to achieve in practice. Therefore, together with the customer, we create an individual needs analysis in order to be able to optimally support and implement his project. pintarus’ other core business is the introduction, maintenance and further development of various IT systems.

pintarus follows the motto “We are only as strong as our employees”. For this reason, a lot is invested in the personal and professional development of each advisor. The most experienced advisors share their knowledge with the junior students in the form of their own seminars and workshops. In addition, all employees regularly take part in further training and are trained in methodological and technological fields. Together with the employees, the strengths and interests are analysed and an individual training plan is drawn up, regardless of whether IT experts, technicians, project managers, PMOs, etc.
